Qiushan Valley Planning

Following our wine estate project, the Penglai government commissioned us a planning study. The goal for the local decision maker was to identify strategies in implementing a new zoning plan allowing for agricultural plots to be planted with vineyards. In a second phase, the intentions were to invite wine makers to propose around 20 new wine estates in the valley.

After surveying the whole 44km2 of Daxindian district, we suggested a master plan for planting vineyards and building 20 small wineries.

We also suggested to develop agro tourism by creating bicycle lanes, pedestrian hiking trails and repair damages done over the years to the lake shores in recreating wetlands.
