Sinoboland Office Headquarter

The project is located in the CBD area, the business district of Beijing. The client, a fund and real estate consortium bought an entire floor of 1000 m2 to settle his new headquarter. The main requirement was to design a corporate office according to international standards. Instead of the traditional cliché of stone, we used different typologies of tiles to emphasise the mass of the central core. The colour scheme aims to bring a warm atmosphere into a very serious business. We played with wood louvers, patterned ceiling lightings and tailor made furniture.
